Q: How can make dhtml tabs to open internet link in the same window?


A: You should set the following paramter in your data.js file (file, created in Deluxe Tuner),
where your tab-menu parameters (vars) and items (  var bmenuItems) are placed.

  var bitemTarget = "_blank";

Default target for all items ("_self","_blank","_parent","_top",...).
If equal to "" - defined as "_self".

Or you can set target parameter in your data file using Deluxe Tuner:
"Tab mode" section in the menu parameters list.




Q: Is it possible to open a specific tab in javascript menu samples using javascript? For example something like tabObject.open(tab1);

A: You can try to use the following function:

dtabs_itemClick(menuN, itemN);

where
menuN - index of a menu on a page, >= 0.
itemN - index of a tab you want to show, >=0.



Q: Will the Tabs Tuner allow you edit/specify the color schemes on the Glass style tabs?
Does this apply for all the styles as well? ( need to match corporate colors,etc.) Thanks!


A: No unfortunately you cannot change it's color.
This is the image basemenu.
So you should create new images with your own color and use them.

We'll try to create more templates.


Q: I find your tools very interesting, yet I've serched but found no answer... is there a version of your program for mac?
I don't trsut windows at all, so i don't have ever think about using bootcamp to load windows on my mac, so i repeat my question, is there or will be a version of deluxe menu to work on mac systems?
