  • Create contextual menus for your pages. For this purpose you should assign a special function for the object you want. The current coordinates of the mouse pointer or your own ones can be used for the contextual menu.
  • When the submenu is larger than the visible area of the page the submenu will be automatically decreased. To see all the submenu items you do not need to use scrollbars or something like that - just put your mouse to the bottom of a submenu and it will be automatically scrolled! You can also specify height and width for each separate submenu.
  • Build menus completely based on Cascading Style Sheets. It is possible to appoint the individual CSS styles for separate elements of the menu.

Q: Will the Tabs Tuner allow you edit/specify the color schemes on the Glass style tabs?
Does this apply for all the styles as well? ( need to match corporate colors,etc.) Thanks!


A: No unfortunately you cannot change it's color.
This is the image basemenu.
So you should create new images with your own color and use them.

We'll try to create more templates.


Q: The home page of our website uses java script dhtml. The error comes up when attempting to select a tab for the first time; subsequent selections are fine. The error is something about an object being null. Probably just need to modify a function to test for null, but can't read the .js file because its obfuscated.

A: You should set the following java script dhtml parameter.

  var bselectedSmItem=0;

There are no subitems in your menu.



Q: Am I under the correct assumption that if the inner menu item text expands past the ItemWidth or MenuWidth (being that the Width is set -- eg 150px), that the javascript menu div width will expand past it's boundaries instead of wrapping the text? (eg. A text like "Please Make this Wrap instead of expand the width boundary" seems to expand the container's width rather than wrap)

A: There are 2 ways to do that:

1. set

  var noWrap=0;

2. use <br> tags, for example:

  var menuItems = [

Q: I can't figure out how to change the names of each tab for the simple dhtml tabs!

A: You can set the name of each tab in the Deluxe Tuner.
Double click on the item name in the Items area.

Or set the name of the tab using   var bmenuItems:
