  • Create contextual menus for your pages. For this purpose you should assign a special function for the object you want. The current coordinates of the mouse pointer or your own ones can be used for the contextual menu.
  • When the submenu is larger than the visible area of the page the submenu will be automatically decreased. To see all the submenu items you do not need to use scrollbars or something like that - just put your mouse to the bottom of a submenu and it will be automatically scrolled! You can also specify height and width for each separate submenu.
  • Build menus completely based on Cascading Style Sheets. It is possible to appoint the individual CSS styles for separate elements of the menu.

Q: This is a great product and I hope to use it for the project I am currently working on. I have played around with using simple javascript menu but have been unable to figure out how to make sub menu items live on multiple rows and columns. Could you point me in the right direction? I know with the individual styles I could make the category titles bold and put sub categories right underneath without actually making them sub categories.

Q: I follow the installation instructions, but I’m getting the error "dmObjectsCheck is undefined" in my javascript popup menu.

What is it wrong?

A: You should open your data file in Deluxe Tuner and save it.

Q: How compatible is this program with Frontpage 2003?


A: Deluxe Menu wasn't developed as Dreamweaver/Frontpage extension,BUT you can use it as standard Javascript files. To install the menuinto your html page:

1. open the page in Dreamweaver/Frontpage
2. open html source code of the page
3. add several rows of code (<script> tags), For info see:

Q: When I create a tab which has no sub-items, there is a white line drawn under the whole top javascript tabbed menu bar.
How do I avoid this?


A: Each menu item should have subitems (in the TabMode).
If you don't want to have subitems for some items you can add onesubitem and delete Item Text.
