A: To add your items dynamically in the specific position you should usethe following function:

dm_ext_addItemPos(mInd, smInd, iParamsArr, Pos)
where Pos - the position in the menu where you want to add new item(starts with 0).

Check that you have dmenu_dyn.js file in the same folder with dmenu.js
file and set
  var dynamic=1;
parameter.

Q: I’m trying to add a padding before the beforeItemImage for the sub navigation bar but I can’t do it after hours off trying it.

A: You should add a separator with blank (or white) image.

Q: Submenus of my javascript dynamic menu are opening higher than they should and I cannot figure out why the position setting has no effect.

Q: I am using the deluxe menu 2 and I've found that on IE7 there is a Page Zoom function, when you use this the text in the drop down menu appears blurred, but the text on the top level remains clear?
Have you seen this?

Use IE7 and zoom to 150%. Is there anything I can do to prevent this effect?
