Javascript Menu. DHTML Menu.

  • There can be multi level menus - create as many rows or columns of the menu as you want.

Q: I recently downloaded the trial version of Deluxe Tuner to create a pop-up menu for my website. The menu looks amazing, and I am convinced from the trial that this is a product that I could definitely use.

However, I'm having so much trouble putting my horizontal drop down menu into my Dreamweaver html. I've followed the instructions given, but my menu still does not appear. What am I doing wrong?

A: Check that you've copied "Homedir/" folder with all menus files and data.js file into the same folder withHome page.html file.

Notice also that in the Design mode your drop down menu may displayincorrectly. It is normal. You should view your page in browser preview.

Q: When I select something from one of the mouseover menus it takes me to a link on a website,
is it possible to run a javascript instead?

A: Actually you can use your own Javascript code instead standard links and html code inside item text.
For example:

Q: How can you set an item in a dhtml dropdown to just have a text and not a link

A: Don't add link in the item's link field:

Q: I want to be able to have all of the submenus start at the top of the menu. For example, when I hover across each of my menu items in a vertical level, I want the sublevel menu to start at the very top of the menu, not out beside the menu option. How can I achieve this


A: You can have such effect only for the first subitems.
Others subitems will have Y offset.
