Q: I now have a tree on the left and an embedded frame on the right. When a user clicks a node, the corresponding html page appears in the frame.

Is there a method I can use when a user clicks a node, the web page will jump to a certain location in the page (menu dhtml hhyperlink)? I'm envisioning using one long web page instead of 30 or 40 separate pages. But I would need the program to work with a hyperlink to know where to jump to.

A: See the structure of tmenuItems array:

You can set link and target menu dhtml parameters for each item individually,for example:

Q: The reason why I bought this javascript menu html was its ability to float. I have inserted the following data under Floatable Menu but my menu is fixed like a rock.

A: Notice, when you use floatable menu you can't use relative menu position.
So, if you use

  var absolutePos = 0;

and to center the menu you use <p> or <div> with the center alignment your menu won't float.
To center your floatable menu you should set absolute coordinates.


Q: I am interested in purchasing the "Microsoft Like Style Dhtml Tabs Menu" and would like to know if the tab menu horizontal java, roll over and selected colors are controllable? meaning if I want green (not blue) tab I can have the tabs green. Please let me know

A: Unfortunately you cannot change the color of this template in DeluxeTuner, as it is image-based tab menu horizontal java.

If you want to change the color of this template you should changeimages. You can do it in any Graph editor, for example in PhotoShop.



Q: Why when an image is added to the parent javascript layer menu (bar) breaks in two...

I just purchased it today.

A: See images in Vista Templates have the fixed width and height (92 x 21).

If you want to change items' width/height you should change images.

You should also change items width in your Individual Item Style.
