  • When the submenu is larger than the visible area of the page the submenu will be automatically decreased. Q: I downloaded the trial version of Deluxe Tuner and love the menus it makes. I'm havinga major problem centering the expandable menu in a table. I'm using FrontPage 2002 but added thescript into the page via notepad. No matter what I try, the expandable menu stays on the left ofthe table. Do you have any suggestions? I'm sure you must have a list of problemsassociated with FrontPage. Can you please help me?


A: To center the menu on your html page you should set the followingparameter and install the menu in the following way:

Q: In Internet Explorer 7 , the menu with javascript was completely invinsible.


A: Try to set exact width for the menu, for example:

  var menuWidth="500px";


Q: I just visited your site and found the scrollable menu.
I downloaded the trial version, but where to find the scrollable menu.
Going through the trail version and finding that it would satisfy all my requirement.
My requirement is as below
Category >> List of Continent > List of country > List of State > List of city.

In my case the list of country, state and city will be more so need a scroll over there.
Let me know is there any limitation in your menu.


A: If you have many items in submenu you should set the following parameter to make you submenu scrollable:

Q: We have a query on a navigation that we have created. We would like to knowhowto set the colour for a nav item of the asp drop down menu if any pages in that section are currently being visited?

A: To save your navigation path you should set the following parameter:

  var saveNavigationPath = 1;
The menu keeps items highlighted during menu navigation.
0 - disabled, 1 - enabled (default).

You can highlight menu items by default in two ways:

1) Set the pressed item on each page idividually using the following parameter:

  var pressedItem = -2;
The toggle mode. Sets an index of an item that will be highlighted by default.
-2 - the toggle mode is disabled;
-1 - the toggle mode is enabled, but no items highlighted by default;
0,1,2,3,... - index of highlighted item in a top-level menu.
- delete   var pressedItem=1; parameter from your data file
- set correct parameter on each page before you call data file, for example:
