Q: We had a strange problem with the menus when the sub menus are over applet in https: the applet disappeared.

After doing some Investigation in your code we noticed that you are using in HTTPS mode div instead of Iframe.

We would be happy if you can tell us why you are using div in this mode and if we will use http mode will it cause something that can affect the menus


A: Iframes don't work on https:// websites. You'll get warning message. That's why we're using <div> tag.If for some reasons a submenu can't drop down over an object the latterwill be hidden for a time when the submenu is shown.

If you use Deluxe Menu on https:// website, submenus won't drop downover select boxes within iframe objects. It works fine on a non-secureservers only.


Q: Can your dhtml drop down menus work in conjunction with a scroll wheel?

A: You cannot scroll submenus using scroll wheel when you set

  var smSmartScroll=1;

To scroll your submenu you should move your mouse.

But you can use scroll wheel when you set

  var smSmartScroll=0;



Q: Can I just have the date displayed without the time in the javascript calendar date selector?

A: But you can chose the output data format.

1. Does it support 3rd and 4th level java script navigation menu?
2. How customizable is it style-wise, meaning, I have images I want used for the top level navigation, and background images for the rest. Any way I can achieve this?

A: 1) Yes, you can add as many levels in the java script navigation menu as you want.

2) Actually you can create any java script navigation menu with Deluxe Menu. You can use Individual Styles tocreate your menu. For example:
