Q: I have been using the trial deluxe menu with the deluxe tuner tocreate a menu and have run into a problem.

The menu is based on the following template:

Vista Styles (Part 2) Vista Style 1.

When I saved the menu file to put into an html file I followedthe instructions on the screen to save all the files to the folderwhere I wanted the menu to appear in an html., and then followedthe instructions to paste the menu into the html file where Iwanted the menu to appear.

It is not working. It seems as though something is left out ofthe code, or perhaps not all the necessary files are being copied.The menu appears perfectly in the deluxe tuner preview screen, butnot when I try to save it and use it elsewhere.

I have included all the files, including the instructions thatcame up when I saved the menu, in the attached zip file and wonderif you might take a look at it and tell me what I am doing wrong and/or leaving out.

But you should paste
btn_blue2.gif
btn_blue.gif
into "data-NINnew.files" folder.


Q: We're running deluxe_tree version 1.0. We are getting the following error:

Any ideas? Should we upgrade to the latest version? If so, what it the upgrade path for us? Will we have to modify our data-tree.js file?


A: Yes, try to use Deluxe Tree v2.4.
See in Deluxe tree you should specify correct tWorkPath parameter:

This parameter should point to the same folder with dtree.js file.When you use movable or floatable feature you should copy dtree_add.jsfile in the same folder with dtree.js file.

Q: I have looked through the FAQS on your site, but can’t find a clear answer to this questions:

Can a menu submenu dhtml be triggered to an open state upon onload?

I can get the top level menu over state to show, but the drop downs won’t open.

A: Unfortunately it is not possible to highlight the pressed menu submenu dhtml itemin Deluxe Menu now. You can highlight the top items only.



Q: I cannot see the shadow on the top items of the menu. Can you help me?


A: Now you have shadow the submenus only, if you want to have shadowfor the top items you should set the following parameters:
