Q: I am trying to evaluate the trial version of deluxepopup window.
The script popup works great but I am having a specific requirement of making it amodal window; i.e. when the popup is opened, users shouldn't be allowed to access the main page. Please let me know how to make this happen.

A: Unfortunately it is not possible to create modal window using Deluxe Popup Window.It doesn't have such a feature now.

A: Deluxe Menu has only two states normal and mouseover, but
you can highlight menu items in two ways:
Try to do the following things:
- delete var pressedItem=1; parameter from your data file
- set correct parameter on each page before you call data file, forexample:

<script type="text/javascript"> var dmWorkPath = "menudir/";</script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="menudir/dmenu.js"></script>

You can also set a pressed item using Javascript API:
function dm_ext_setPressedItem (menuInd, submenuInd, itemInd, recursion)
Sets a current pressed item.
menuInd - index of a menu on a page, >= 0.
submenuInd - index of a submenu, >= 0.
itemInd - index of an item, >=0.
recursion = true/false - highlight parent items.
But notice, to use dm_ext_setPressedItem() you should know ID of selected item and subitem.
You can't get this ID after you reload your page. That is why you should write your own code on PHP.

Q: I would like to know how I indicate on a javascript menu, an item that was selected.
So in other words, if I have a horizontal navigation and I select the 3rd index along the menu

Q: Your drop down menu builder makes about every kind of menu except the one that is hot right now...the slider menu.
