  • Apply any font of any color, size and font decoration you need. Use any available type, color and thickness of a menu's frame. Choose any color for submenus and items backgrounds.
  • Set the size of the menu in percent, pixels, or other units. This menu may have a relative (it can be inserted into the table, for example) or absolute position .
  • Specify various values for spacing and padding for the whole menu and for each separate submenu.
  • You can specify a time for delays in showing or hiding of a submenu. Use special prefixes for image paths and links to make paths absolute.
  • Create separators using your own pictures, size and alignment.

A: Set the following javascript pop menu parameter:

Q: If I wanted to change the graphics at a later date in tab menu javascript (main top tabs, subtabs, etc.), how would I do that?


A: In that case you should open images I'm using for top tabs in any graph editor and changethem.

Q: My Submenu is faded too quickly if I pull the mouse away from the java drop down menu.

A: You can try to use Deluxe Menu - this is a newer version of DHTMLMenu. You can use the following parameters there:

  var smShowPause=200;
  var smHidePause=5000;



Q: My submenu is not display at the good position with Firefox.

Look at my web site with Firefox. Select item menu 'Inscription' and you'll see the problem.

Note: mainmenu.js is relative positioning. The table tag is absolute positioning.
