Q: I have 2 questions about this script I would like to find out before purchasing:
1. Does it support 3rd and 4th level java script navigation menu?
2. How customizable is it style-wise, meaning, I have images I want used for the top level navigation, and background images for the rest. Any way I can achieve this?
A: 1) Yes, you can add as many levels in the java script navigation menu as you want.
2) Actually you can create any java script navigation menu with Deluxe Menu. You can use Individual Styles tocreate your menu. For example:

Q: I have a problem...
On some computers running IE the menu appears and works correctly, on others it doesn't appear.
There is only a line that says JavaScript Menu by Deluxe-Menu.com.
Both of these computers have the same version of IE running. I have reset the security levels back to default levels on both. Still the menu doesn't appear.
For all practical purposes both copies of IE are the same.
A: You should change your security settings in IE to allow Javascript onpages you load. In other case you can't see a dynamic page content.
There is no way to enable these preferences automatically, in othercase there are no reasons to create security preferences.
You can also use Deluxe Tuner application that allows you to generate additional html code for search engine that can't parse Javascript. So, you can use menu links on browsers that doesn't have Javascript support enabled.
Q: Very interested by your product.I want to know, before buy, if I can call javascript function when the user click on a items in the horizontal drop down menu?
A: You're able to use Javascript for each item, for example:

Unfortunately, you can't assign onmouseover/onClick event to each item.
However, you can achieve this by using standard html objects within items, for example:

Q: We use your deluxe menu app. We are trying to configure menu windows to a certain width. But when we configure it to a certain number of characters, the app cuts words. Is there any way to configure it, so that doesn't happens and puts that word in the lower line in the menu en javascript item?
A: Try to use the following parameter:
var noWrap=0;
You can also use standard <br> tags within menu en javascript item's text.
