A: Yes you can do it. Use smOrientation parameter in Individual Submenu Styles:

Q: That worked for the rollover drop down menu but I lost my drop shadow on the main menu. The sub-menus still have it. The preview has the drop shadow but when I view it in IE it is not there.
A: You should check the following parameters:

A: See images in Vista Templates have the fixed width and height (92 x 21).
If you want to change items' width/height you should change images.

You can do it in any graph editor, for example in Adobe PhotoShop.
You should also change items width in your Individual Item Style.

You should create menu items in the Deluxe Tuner and specify link and target for each item, for example:
