  • You can set the size of the menu in pixels, percent or other units. The menu may have an absolute or relative position (it can be inserted into the table).
  • Use any necessary font of any color, size and font decoration. Create any available type, thickness and color of a menu's frame.Choose any color for backgrounds of submenus and items.
  • Specify various values for padding and spacing for the whole menu and for each separate submenu.
  • You can specify a time for delays in showing or hiding of a submenu. Use special prefixes for image paths and links to make paths absolute.

Q: I want to use Javascript instead of usual links for menu items. How can I do that? A: To do that you should add a function word "javascript" in the URL field of an item, e.g.:

Q: For how long our purchase does entitle us to getting the upgrades for the dhtml menu software?

A: All minor upgrades you'll get for free (for example, 2.4->2.7).
All major upgrades you'll get for free during 1 year (for example, 2.4->3.0).

For example, if there's some major upgrades (1.7 -> 2.0 -> 4.0)
you'll get them for free during one year.

But if there'll be no major upgrades during some period (2.72 -> 2.81 -> 2.92). And after 3 year, for example, there will be major upgrade to 3.0. So you can upgrade for free.

We can offer you a big discount for the major upgrade after one year.



Q: Is there a way to convert a dhtml javascript tree menu I created into a Deluxe Menu using the same data so I do not have to type in all the names and links of items?

A: Actually menuItems and tmenuItems have a different structure.

We don't have such converter yet. You can try to change your menuItems in any text editor. I suppose it will be easier to convert items in editor than in Deluxe Tuner.

Q: Can I call javascript within the drop menu javascript?

A: Yes, it is possible.
Actually you can use your own Javascript code instead standard links and html code inside item text. For example:
