A: Use the following parameter in the java menu generator:

  var transparency="100";



Q: Can I have the pop-out items in the dhtml menu bar go left instead of right. Going right they run off the page.

A: You should use the following parameter (Deluxe Tuner->Positioning):

  var subMenuAlign="left";


Q: I have just bought the software and created a first menu.

As you can see the sub-menus appear away for the menu/navigation bar.

This doesnТt happen when I put the code into an .html file without any divs.

Can you suggest what the problem might be here?


A: The problem is that the script can't get css properties of the object if they are described in separate .css block (or file).
In other words, you can't get the value of "position" attribute of the object if the object doesn't have this property within inline style(style="position:absolute"). To get the value you should move .css style into style="" attribute.

Please, try to add your
css file -> inline css, for example:

You should add <DIV id=nav_bar_main>

to the

style="position:absolute;"

So, you'll have:

<DIV id=nav_bar_main style="position:absolute;">

Check that.


Q: I am interested in purchasing the "Microsoft Like Style Dhtml Tabs Menu" and would like to know if the tab menu horizontal java, roll over and selected colors are controllable? meaning if I want green (not blue) tab I can have the tabs green. Please let me know

A: Unfortunately you cannot change the color of this template in DeluxeTuner, as it is image-based tab menu horizontal java.

If you want to change the color of this template you should changeimages. You can do it in any Graph editor, for example in PhotoShop.
