Q: I recently purchased Deluxe Menu and I am getting the attached error message every time my cursor passes over the toolbar at thetop of the main program window. Is there a fix?


A: I suppose that you're using Windows 2000.
We have some problems with Tuner on this OS.

Unfortunately we didn't fix the issue with Windows 2000 yet.

Try to delete all content from toolbar.html file.

Q: Drop down menus I have created with your product DHTML Tuner don't look too good in FireFox... is there something I can do different or do you have a newer/better solution that would work for both IE and FireFox?

A: And what exact problems do you have in Firefox? Actually Deluxe Menu works fine inFirefox. But notice that filters and transitional effect are supported by IE5.5.5+ only.

Q: I would like to create my own jpeg images and use them as the mouseover-items in the top level drop down menus. I am not talking about the backround. I mean the actual upfront button.
I seem to be locked into the size which is the default and would like to change it to width = 180px and height = 45px for each item in the menu.
Is there any way to do that?


A: You should create Individual Style and assign it for all top items.
