Q: I am trying to create a tab menu and I have some questions.
I want each tab in a hover tab menu has a different image,
the normal and hover state uses the same image and the selected state uses a different image.




A: If you want to use different images you should use Individual Item Styles and assign them for your tabs.

Q: Now I experiences a problem with the Danish letters in my java menu scripts! I have changed the letters in the scriptfile - but this does not work Have we a problem with Danish letters like: ø, å, æ?

A: Please, check that you've set "Tools/Use utf8 encode".

Notice that you should have UTF8 charset on your page too:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html" charset="UTF-8">

You can also use another charset on your html page and open your data file in text editor, enter thissymbols and save data file in the way you save your html page.
Notice that you should turn off "Tools/Use utf8 encode" setting inorder to open your data file correctly in Deluxe Tuner.



Q: Is there a way I can do an include of a separate file that would contain the

       var menuItems = [];


A: You can delete   var menuItems = []; and dm_init(); from your data.jsfile and paste it into your html page or in the other file.

You should call at first data.js file with the parameters and thanmenuItems = []; and dm_init();.


Q: Is it possible to add a combo box or a search field to a tree view component?

A: You can paste any html code inside item's text, for example:
