  • Build right-click menus for your site. For this purpose you should appoint a peculiar method for the object you want. The current X,Y of the mouse pointer or your own ones can be used for the context menu.
  • Design menus absolutely based on CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). It is possible to apply the personal CSS styles for every elements of the menu.
  • When the submenu is bigger than the visible page area, the size of submenu will be automatically decreased. To view all the submenu items you do not need to use scrollbars or something like that - just put your mouse to the bottom of a submenu and it will be automagically scrolled! Q: Why is the submenu a different colour has a different colour than menu items - surely that's not an IE specific feature? The top-level menu items seem to be a different size too, so the layout in IE looks more even.

A: Submenus has a different color because they have a transparency:

  var transparency="90";

Set it to 100.

Submenus also have larger width than top items because they containsmore text. If you want to wrap the text, use
tag between item words.



Q: I can't see my javascript vertical tree menu in FireFox. What I'm doing wrong?

A: You should set this parameter:
  var tmenuHeight = "auto";
Now you have
  var tmenuHeight = "0";


Q: Hello, you write, that your menu is search engine friendly.

But viewing the source of your samples, I don't see anything search engine friendly in there.

A Javascript is called, that's all, which I doublt could ever be Search Engine friendy?

The only thing I have seen as search engine friendly is the menu you have added at your own homepage.

Can this be set at your menue automatically?

Can you let me know, if the menu supports this kind. Your Features and Functions don't say anything about that either.


A: Deluxe Menu is a search engine friendly menu since v1.12.
To create a search engine friendly menu you should add additional html code within your html page:

To generate such a code use Deluxe Tuner application.
You can find this GUI in the trial package.
Run Tuner, load your menu and click Tools/Generate SE-friendly Code (F3).

You should delete itemBackImage and itemWidth parameters from itemStyles.
