Q: I want to use single css drop down menu bar for each page without applying HTML Code for each page separatly.I mean to use CSS Menu as per our .JS Menu.

A: Unfortunately it is not possible with css menu.

On each page you should call css file with styles:

<link href="menu.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />

and add code for the menu on each page in the place where you want to have a menu, forexample:

Also you can use aserver-side script (php, asp, vb, etc.) to generate html pages fromtemplates on your server.



Q: May I can use PHP code in menu items of my dhtml website navigation menu?

A: You may generate a menu from a database or XML using any server-side script, e.g., PHP, ASP, VB, etc.
However, these scripts don't work inside of Javascript .js files, so, you should move parameters of a menu from a .js file into an html-page, e.g.:

Q: I am testing your product, and I would like to know, on the menu can the Plus sign be changed to expand a menu to a pointer or bullet?


A: You can use your own icons instead of Plus sign.

You should use the following parameters:

Q: I've been working with your javascript menu sample and like what I see so far. One issue I have seems to be with the smColumns variable. I'm assuming it was for just the sub menus but in the trial when I change this the entire menu goes into multi- column mode. I exported the project to HTML thinking I could manually change it there, that produced the same result, changed the entire menu to multi-column.

Our menu will be dynamic (populated from SQL Server) with only some of the sub menus being multi-column. We will even have multiple sub menus for certain items and we'll need to have the capability to set which one of those will be displayed in Multi-columns and which ones will not. (See Below) So the question becomes; Is there a way to set the number of columns only for the javascript menu sample subitems we desire to have multi-column and if so how?

A: You should use Individual Styles and set number of javascript menu sample submenu columns foreach submenu individually.
