A: To create a transparent menu you should set transparent value for the following parameters:

Q: Can I choose what items will be expanded or collapsed in the php tree view
when the user first comes to the webpage?

A: You can expand some items by default.
Add '+' sign before items text in that case:

Q: How do you center the text within the top-level menu cels for the xml drop down menu?
There doesn't seem to be a setting for it in the tuner.
There's a justification option for the sub-menus, but not for the top.

Yes, you can use any number of popup menus on your page.

You can use onMouseOver event instead of onClick or onContextMenu events in that case.

Each menu has ID. The ID's number starts with 0.

So, when you have several data files on your page you have such ID's:
