Q: I'm trying to sell a client on using Deluxe Menu but one complaint is that the text is not centered in the menu pad and I can't find a function in Deluxe Tuner which allows for centering.
I've downloaded the latest version but it didn't help.


A: You should set the following parameter to center your top items:

  var itemAlignTop="center";


Q: Is there a way to increase the time the hint of drop down menu dynamic stays on the screen?

A: No this is standard hint, there is no way to increase the time it stayson the screen.



Q: I can not figure out how to get drop-down menus to show up in the Add-Ins on my Microsoft Front Page.

A: Deluxe Menu wasn't developed as Dreamweaver/Microsoft Front Page extension,
BUT you can use it as standard Javascript files. To install the menu
into your html page:

1. open the page in Dreamweaver/Frontpage
2. open html source code of the page
3. add several rows of code (<script> tags).

Notice also that some web editors won't display correctly javascript menus,
you should preview your website in the browser.



Q: I am in the process of setting up a new html menu bar, but seem to be having trouble getting it to work via Internet Explorer 8.0.

Instead of making drop-downs, it only makes little symbols. However, it works fine via Firefox.

A: Try to use v3.3. It is compatible with IE8.
