Q: We create the menu code via ASP, and we need to have 2 menus on one page. Normally you do this by having 2 java scripts includes.
However it looks like the bottom menu activates the first menu?
A: Now you have two entries of dmenu.js file on your site in the tag.
You must have only one entry of dmenu.js file.
You should write so:

Q: I have followed the instructions on
http://deluxe-menu.com/objects-overlapping-sample.html but when my page is viewed over https the html menus still appear behind Flash objects.
Is there anything else that can do to fix this?

Q: How do I open a PDF document in a new window? Is this in the Item Parameters window?
A: You can specify target parameter for each item

If you want to use context menu you can try to write your menuItems in the following way:

But you should create correct style for <a> tag.
Q: Hello, I have used your menus on a few different websites I have built and have never had a problem like this one. I will be purchasing a license if i can get this to function correctly. For some reason my php javascript menu icons are overlapping or repeating and appearing in a wrong place, but only in IE. In firefox it looks fine....and in safari, just not in IE. here is the temp link to the page. http://www.domain.com/indextest3.htm

Check the following parameter also, you've set it incorrectly:
var itemPadding="1px 5px 2px 10px1";
You should write, for example:
var itemPadding="3px";
