Q: I'm confused in how to do this. I want to change the background color of one of the javascript and menu items. If I understand correctly I go to INDIVIDUAL STYLES and should be able to change the background color for one of the menu items there. Under item appearance I tried to change itemBackColor - but I can't seem to make it take affect (I tried clicking OK but its under the Style Names, so thats probably not it.
A: You should click "Edit Individual Styles" button.
On the 'Item Styles' tab click "Add style" button.
Set itemBackColor and click "OK" button.
Select the item you want to change the style for and assign new style for it. Go to Item Parameters window 'Item style' field.

Q: I have Deluxe-Menu v2.0.
1. When I make an Item a Seperator using '-' on main menu Items (on a menu verticale javascript) it does NOT work (leaves a blank row) but when I make an Item a Separator using '-' on a Subitem it DOES work (uses the Separatorimage). Why ?
Can I make an Item a Separator on the main menu and get it to use the Separatorimage ?
2. If I set the text value to empty on a main menu Item and then add image paths in the Normal and Mouse Over Icon fields in Item Parameters, all I get on my preview is an image placeholder with a Red X but when I set the text value to empty on a SubItem and then add image paths in the Normal and Mouse Over Icon fields in Item Parameters, the preview DOES show the image. Why ?

A: 1. You should set a separator in the menuItems, for example:

Q: I am facing problem with deluxe tab. When a first level jscript tab is selected, sub tab of that tab should be in selected mode.
I need to change text color of "New contact" (sub tab) in selected mode to black.
A: Unfortunately Deluxe Tabs doesn't have such a feature now.
You use main tabs to show sub-tabs and click on sub-tabs to show their content or openlinks.
On the initial page load you can set the selected item and submenu item using thefollowing parameters:

Q: I used the glass template to create my menu.... but I needed to add additional tabs, and my additional tabs do not look like the rest of the net dropdown menu tabs... its like the end-caps on the images are not there and I don’t find any clear instruction on how to get my added tabs to look like the existing ones.
A: You should assign Individual styles for the new items. You can findthis info in the Templates window.
