Q: I am testing the menu under the 2nd URL however I am just receiving a blank page Why would the menu be totally blank ...not even incorrect key or trial version warnings. Does Deluxe menu need ASP installed on the server.


A: You should call dmWorkPath parameter before you call dmenu.js file.
Check also that this parameter point to the same directory withdmenu.js file. So, you should install the menu in the following way:

Q: Last, I couldn't solve the issue I meet when I set up a long name for an dhtml side menu item: next item overlaps. Is it possible to specify the width of an item?

A: You can try to use the following dhtml side menu parameters to use combinedbackground for your items:

Q: I am working on creating a new navigation menu with Tree menu.
I wonder how I can reduce the width of the menu?

Q: I've just put together a new drop down menu box for one of the sites I'm working on and whilst in IE it works fine, in FF the drop down menu box is not appearing over the Flash banner.

I don't understand why as this was put together with the latest version of Deluxe Menu - my understanding was that this issue was resolved a while back?
