Q: I need your help. I built a menu with your software, and I followed all your instructions on placing it on my web page, but it's not working. The drop down menu in javascript will not go into its table cell. I have a flash banner in the cell above it, and the menu seems to be behind that banner, but the menu is not even inside the table.

I also tried placing the drop down menu in javascript on another page where I do not have a flash banner, but it doesn't show up at all.

A: You've set absolute position for the drop down menu in javascript
  var absolutePos=1;
  var posX="100px";
  var posY="200px";

You should set:

  var absolutePos=0;
  var posX="0px";
  var posY="0px";



Q: Is it possible to centere mouse over drop down menu?

A: Check that you set relative position for the menu:
  var absolutePos=0;
  var posX="0px";
  var posY="0px";

Place your menu in DIV or TABLE with center alignment.

Q: We have a problem. If the "sub menus" open downward (in a horizontal menu) and there is Flash under it, the menu disappears. It goes BEHIND the flash and can't be seen.

Is there a fix for this?

I honestly don't recall it happening before but it now does. I probably didn't pay attention. Thank you!

Q: We just downloaded the trial versions to evaluate and I noticed something a little odd. When I build a menu that will not have icons next to the links, I don't see a way the I can move the test further tothe left inside the menu.

Notice how the links within the menu box are almost centered? Is there anyway to move those items further to the left?


A: Try to set the following parameter.

  var tlevelDX=0;

You cannot move it closer to the left side.
