A: You can create Individual Item Style and assign it to each item insubmenu.

For example:

Q: I am working in a Hispanic area, and need to be able to utilize specialcharacters

However, those are appearing distorted on my website.

A: Actually you can use any letters in the menu.

Please, check that you've set "Tools/Use utf8 encode".

When you save your data file in UTF8 you should use the same encoding on our html page.

So you should write:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">

If you don't want to use UTF-8 encode on your page you should turn off
"Tools/Use utf8 encode" property, save your data file and manually
change your letters in any text editor.

Q: I have a question regarding deluxe tab implementation.Can you guide me on how to change tab selection dynamically for the tabbed navigation.

A: Deluxe Tabs doesn't support API functions which can return the selected tab.

You can set "bselectedItem" and "  var bselectedSmItem" parameters based on your link before you call your data file.

For example, move "  var bselectedItem" and "  var bselectedSmItem" parameters from your data file to your code.

A: Unfortunately, you can't assign onmouseover/onClick event to each item. However, you can achieve this by using standard html objects within items, for example:
