Considering my total ignorance to code, I'm understanding much better now, but could you please take a look at the page and tell me why I now have double menus and how to correct?


A: It happens because at first you call
<SCRIPT src="CHSD Map_files/data.js" type=text/javascript > </SCRIPT >
and then you paste the content of data.js file in your code.
That's why you have two menus on your page.Please, delete one of them.


Q: We're looking to purchase the developer's license for the Deluxe menu/Tuner program and are not sure which to get. It shows one that doesn't contain the dhtml scripts source code and one that does. What is the importance of having the javascript source code? Will the program not work correctly if you don't have it?

And in Developer License with Javascript Source Code you can see thecode and change it.

But we DO NOT provide technical support for modified source code.

Q: I have one more question before I purchase a license: is there a way to use images instead of text as the javascript menu object items?

A: Yes, you can create image-based menu.

If item text is empty, icon fields will be used as item images.
For example:

Q: I'd really appreciate any info on how I can create dhtml menu on Mac..


A: Unfortunately we don't have step by step tutorial now.

1. Create your menu in Deluxe Tuner application.
You can create any menu as you like in Deluxe Tuner.

You can use ready to use templates. I'm sending you package with all
templates. Just open data file in Deluxe Tuner.

Add items and subitems using buttons "Add Item" and "Add Subitem" onthe main window.
You should set items and subitems parameters on the "Item Parameters"window.
