Q: The navigation menus shows up behind the YouTube videos instead of the front
A: You should add opaque parameter to object and embed tags. So set your video in thefollowing way:

Q: Is there a convenient template somewhere that allows me to have a standard windows tree control menu that stays open so that the user does not lose track of himself.

You can expand any items when you load your page.
You should add "+" symbol before the item text. For example:

Q: Shall I have to call the main egine file of the javascript menu maker - dmenu.js twice if I want to install two menus on the page.

Is for the top navigation menu, the datahscounseling is for the side menu. If I delete that line won't my top navigation be gone?
A: No, when you have several menus on the same page you should calldmenu.js file only once and then call several data files.
You should install the menus in the following way:

Both menu will work correctly in that case.

Will this work for us, using the layout below. Menu will be in frame3 and tabs in frame4. Should pop up in frame5.

A: Deluxe Menu doesn't work with <IFrame> objects. It works with<frameset> objects only. All it can to do with <IFrame> is to loadpages into it.
You should use standard installation for the menu (cross-frame mode).
