Create html file with your frame set.

You can create only one level of tabs and assign Object Id's of theDIV's to show when you click on the js tab.

Q: One question. I'm working on my site and I'm wondering why the background images disappear for a while after hovering over them, then reappear after a while.

The second color is the mouseover background color.

They appear but only after mouseing-over the menu and waiting for approximately one second.
