  • When the submenu is larger than the visible area of the page the submenu will be automatically decreased. To see all the submenu items you do not need to use scrollbars or something like that - just put your mouse to the bottom of a submenu and it will be automatically scrolled! A: With the Developer license you can use the menu on an unlimited numberof Internet or Intranet sites and on the local machines.

This version of the script doesn't check keys and it isn't bound to a domain name,so it can be used with an application that doesn't have a fixed domain name.



Q: At the first time arrow images are loaded successfully in the menu, That time I click the menu and open a new page in crossframe.
After that I try to open new page from Main Menu, the arrow images are not displayed in the Sub-menus.

You can use additional parameters to make menu paths absolute:

  var pathPrefix_img = "http://domain.com/images/";
  var pathPrefix_link = "http://domain.com/pages/";

These parameters allow to make images and links paths absolute.
For example:

  var pathPrefix_img = "http://domain.com/images/";
  var pathPrefix_link = "http://domain.com/pages/";

  var menuItems = [
["text", "index.html", "icon1.gif", "icon2.gif"],
];

So, link path will be look so:
http://domain.com/pages/index.html

Images paths will be look so:
http://domain.com/images/icon1.gif
http://domain.com/images/icon2.gif

Q: I activated option "state saving" but I think there's a problem;
when I open the website and click on an item of the menu, the pressed item becomes red
(up to now it's ok), but if I have topress F5 on the keyboard or press on the refresh button
to refresh the web page, the pressed item loses its color red.
I'd like the pressed item in the dhtml expand menu to maintain its color after the refresh command.
How can I solve this problem?



A: Tree Menu doesn't save a presseditem as it saves a tree state.
It works within 1 page only and if youreload the page you should set a pressed item using Javascript API:
