  • Create contextual menus for your pages. For this purpose you should assign a special function for the object you want. The current coordinates of the mouse pointer or your own ones can be used for the contextual menu.
  • When the submenu is larger than the visible area of the page the submenu will be automatically decreased. To see all the submenu items you do not need to use scrollbars or something like that - just put your mouse to the bottom of a submenu and it will be automatically scrolled! You can also specify height and width for each separate submenu.

Q: One intern design a menu for us using MenuTuner that we bought however Menu doesn’t work in Firefox or netscape.
It works fine in Internet Explorer.

A: Try to specify units in "px".
  var tmenuWidth = "230px";
It's necessary to specify exact value for Mozilla browsers. It helpsto position menus correctly.

You should set this parameter:
  var tmenuHeight = "auto";


Q: Which parameters do I change so that the background of the top level menu names change their background?


A: If you want to change the background of the top level menu items onlyyou should use Individual Item Styles and change them.

For example, you have:

Q: I find your tools very interesting, yet I've serched but found no answer... is there a version of your program for mac?
I don't trsut windows at all, so i don't have ever think about using bootcamp to load windows on my mac, so i repeat my question, is there or will be a version of deluxe menu to work on mac systems?

Q: In IE 6.0 and Firefox 1.5.0.4, the dropdown submenus are not visible and it does not float in firefox (floats in IE but no submenus) whereas in Opera 8.53 and Opera 9 it works fully.


A: Now you have two entries of dmenu.js file on your site in the <head> and <body> tags.
You must have only one entry of dmenu.js file.
You should write so:
