Q: Does your product generate the page code or is t a dll I have to use? Reason I ask is because we store our menu stuff with image references in a db. If your product outputs code for the menu, then I can use that and in my own code I can place/substitute values and work with it from there.

A: We have an .exe file - Deluxe tuner.
It generates .js files with menu parameters.
You can also export your menu to .html file.

You may generate a menu from a database or XML using any server-side script, e.g., PHP, ASP, VB, etc.
However, these scripts don't work inside of Javascript .js files, so, you should move parameters of a menu from a .js file into an html-page, e.g.:

Q: I have a Deluxe Menu Multiple Website License and have been using it in several projects where it is running without problems. But now in my new project the sub menu won't drop down in the content frame, but will appear in the same frame as the main menu. What's wrong?

A: It seems that you open the submenu in the wrong frame.

Set ID for the first frameset:

Q: I am trying to figure out how to make multiple clickable link popup windows on the same page.

A: You can do it in two ways:
1) Call different data files with DIFFERENT winID:"window1"!

2) Call only one data file and use deluxePopupWindow.open() function to open your windows:

Q: I am having some difficulty dynamically adding items to a dhtml sliding menus.

A: See dtreet_ext_insertItem () function has the following parameters:

function dtreet_ext_insertItem (menuInd, parentItemID, itemInd, itemParams)

Creates a new item and inserts it into a specified position.
menuInd - index of a menu on a page, >= 0.
parentItemID - ID property of an item.<, >= 0.
itemInd - index of a new item within the menu, >= 0.
itemParams - item parameters.

Notice that parentItemID is the Id property of the parent item
(notindex). If you want to add top items you should set parentItemID=0.

itemInd - you should use this parameter if you want to add item in the
specific place, for example set itemInd=5 if you want to add item
before the existing item with itemInd=5.
If you set itemInd=null the new item will be added at the end of this submenu and its index will be added automatically.
