Q: We are actually very happy with the product compared to the other options available. The code is cleaner and it is easy to use. We would actually like to continue to use your product but our client uses firefox most of the time and if the javascript onmouseover menu won't go over the java applet it isn't going to work. You mention that you will try to fixthe issue. If you can give me a date to when it would be fixed by, I can try to convince our client to wait.

Q: Is there a way to center floatable menus horizontally on a page?
I used to use absolutePos=0, and all of my menus were centered ok, but when I tried floatable=1 I found that I had to change toabsolutePos=1 to get the menu to float, and this messed up my centering. Since I have multiple menus of different widths, I'd rather not have to hard-code the menu width, but please let me know if there's a better way.


A: Notice, when you use floatable menu you can't use relative menu position.
So, if you use

  var absolutePos = 0;

and to center the menu you use <p> or <div> with the center alignment your menu won't float.
To center your floatable menu you should set absolute coordinates.


Q: I have downloaded your trial version and cannot change the background menu color.
Is there a restriction?
I am interested in purchasing it.


A: To change the background color you should set the followingparameters:

  var menuBackColor="#FCEEB0";
  var itemBackColor=["#FCEEB0","#65BDDC"];


Q: What is the difference between itemStyles and menuStyles for the down javascript menu?

A: See you should assign the menuStyles to the whole submenu (the first item in the submenu).
itemStyles you should assign for each item individually.
