A: Scott, now you're using dmenu.js file v1.14 and data.js file of Deluxe Menu v2.0.
Please, replace dmenu.js file with the licensed one v2.0.

Please, place all this files in the folder where your menu iscreated in.


Q: I can not figure out why my submenus are not opening next to the javascript menu horizontal? I have included a picture so you can see what I am talking about. When I am in the turner program they pop up just fine but on my website they don't.

A: See, the problem is that the script can't get css properties of the object if they are described in separate .css block (or file).In other words, you can't get the value of "POSITION: absolute" attribute of the object if the object doesn't have this property within inline style (style="POSITION:absolute;"). To get the value you should move .css style into style="" attribute.

Please, try to add your
css file -> inline css, for example:

You should add style="POSITION: absolute; TOP: 0px"

to the

<div id=div_name>

So, you'll have:

<DIV id=div_name style="POSITION: absolute; TOP: 0px">
Try that.



Q: How do I change the background color for the floating drop down menu

A: To change menu colors you should change the following parameters:

  var menuBackColor="#F2F3F2";
  var itemBackColor=["#F2F3F2","#535353"];

You can also use Individual Item Styles to change the color of the specific items:
  var menuStyles = [

];

  var itemStyles = [

Q: Please check my site and tell me why website drop down menu show no content with IE7 (XP or Vista.)

A: Delete "height: 0%;" parameter from the style of the content DIV:
