Q: I have problems to show scandic letters in rollover navigation bar in ie6/7 browsers.
Every other browsers show menu correctly, but these can't show scandic letters.


A: Actually you can use any letters in the menu.

Please, check that you've set "Tools/Use utf8 encode".

When you save your data file in UTF8 you should use the same encoding on our html page.

So you should write:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">

If you don't want to use UTF-8 encode on your page you should turn off
"Tools/Use utf8 encode" property, save your data file and manually
change your letters in any text editor.




Q: I have a horizontal menu. The top-level has icons and text. I want the text to appear under the icon image, centered. Is there a way to do that?


A: You can try to write so: ["<img src='images/micon1.gif' width=32 height=32><br> Home","testlink.html", , ,"" , , , , , ],


Q: I am evaluating your Deluxe Tuner / Tab program and was wondering how to add content below the tabs, like you have on your site.

You have the tabs, then a content area below each tab. How is this done with your product.


A: You should use ID attribute of object to show in the second parameterof bmenuItems. You set it in the "Item Parameters" window ("Link"parameter).

You should also set:
  var tabMode = 0;

So, you'll have, for example, the following bmenuItems:
["tab text","div1", ...],
["tab text","div2", ...], Here "div1" and "div2" is IDs of objects within your html page, for example:
<div id="div1">text 1</div>
<div id="div2">text 2</div>

You can also see examples, which you can find in the trial package.


Q: Java sub menu not working after upgrade to deluxe menu 3.0. Please check.

A: See, you've set the following parameter:

  var transparency="0";

That is mean that your submenus will be transparent. You won't seethem.

Try to set another value, for example:

  var transparency="100";
