A: Actually you can add php code inside menu links.

If you define your parameter in .js file you should write yourlinks in the following way, for example:

If you define your key parameter in the php file you should move your

Q: My second “drop down” column of the milonic dhtml menu goes up instead of down like the rest..Can you tell me how to correct this?


A: Try to set the following parameter:

  var subMenuVAlign="bottom";

Q: I was wonder if there was a way to have the css tree view already expanded with I open the page the menu is on instead of having to expanded every time.

A: The following parameter expands all menu items by default:
  var texpanded=1;

This won't work the java script executes when the link is clicked it is not the link itself.

A: I'm not sure I understand you.
You can use

NewWindow(this.href,'name','490','400','yes');

code in an item link:

["text", "javascript:NewWindow(url,'name','490','400','yes');"]

But if you don't want that, you can just insert <a> into an item text.
