Q: I'm having difficulty understanding how to set up css drop down menus. The differences between menuStyles, itemStyles, CSS and CSSText is very unclear, and doesn't seem to be well documented.

We have several examples of the menus using css.
You should set var cssStyle=1; parameter and then assign your stylesto the items.
var cssSubmenu is a CSS class name for all submenus. You can set, forexample, background color, background image, borders for all submenus.
var cssItem is CSS class names for all items (normal state, mouseoverstate) in the top menu and submenus.
var cssItemText is CSS class names for text of all items (normalstate, mouseover state) in the top menu and submenus.
It's possible to appoint individual CSS styles for separate elements of the menu using individual item styles and individual submenu styles.
Q: I purchased your product yesterday and was quite impressed, but I am having a bit of a problem with my submenuitems.
In the general menu properties there is a "Global" var titemHeight = 22;
My problem is that I would like my upper level of my drop down menu to have one itemheight and my submenuitems to have a smaller height. Is this possible?
A: In the XP Style
var tXPStyle=1;
the item's height for the top items and submenus will be different.
If you want to use
var tXPStyle=0;
you can set ite's height for the submenus:
var titemHeight=16;
And for other items use the blank icon with the height you want to have for the upper level of your menu items.
Q: Pls help me with another question.
I have an horizontal menu in which the submenus drop down (as in example # 1 you have in your web).
For the first level items (which are horizontal), I do not want item spacing or itemPadding, that is:
var itemSpacing=0;
var itemPadding=0;
However, for the second and third level menu items, that drop down, I do need spacing and padding, like this:
var itemSpacing=1;
var itemPadding=1;
How can achieve this if, we have only one set of parameters??

A: You should use Individual Styles.
You should set the following parameters:
var itemSpacing = 0;
var itemPadding = 0;
and create individual style for submenus
var menuStyles = [
["menuBackImage=images/subm_back.gif","itemSpacing=1","itemPadding=1"], // add Spacing and Padding to the style which is used for the third level menu items.
["columnPerSubmenu=2"],

You should assign this style for the second and third level menu items

Q: I have made a test page.
When you click on 'Graceland' the html popup window opens and then you can click to play the video.
The problem I have is that even when you close the window (assuming the video is not finished) the sound keeps playing. Is there a way to stop this and also stop the download?
A: When you close the html popup window script only hide it. So you video willbe still playing.
You can try to change the content of the popup window before you closeit.
