Q: Is there any way through script to call the function that would be called if the user clicked a dhtml tabbed menu?


A: You're able to use Javascript for each item, for example:

  var bmenuitems = [
["item text", "javascript:your_code_here"]
];

Unfortunately, you can't assign onmouseover/onClick event to each item.
However, you can achieve this by using standard html objects within items, for example:

  var bmenuitems = [
["<div onClick='your_code_here'>item text</div>", "index.html"]
];


Q: Hi, I am testing your menu system for my company and would like to know how to keep the menu in the centre of the page like <centre></centre>.
I know how to do it without a floating menu but cannot work out how to do this with it floating.


A: When you use floatable menu you can't use relative menu position.
So, if you use

  var absolutePos = 0;

and to center the menu you use <p> or <div> with the center alignment your menu won't float.
To center your floatable menu you should set absolute coordinates.


Q: I am creating my website on Frontpage. When I put my drop down menu in the centre of the page, it will be in the explorer browsers in the centre of the page, but when I look at other browers it isn't in the centre but on theright. I cant fix the problem. I cant find it.


A: Try to set exact width for the menu in "px":

  var menuWidth="400px";
