Q: It seems like that I'm unable to pull data from Word, Excel, JPG's etc into the floating window?

A: You can use the following content for the popup window:
Iframe(url);
Object_id;
text(html content).

So, to add image/text inside the popup window you should set:

winContent - Html Content
and add the following tag.
<img src="images/img.jpg" alt="screen">
<p align="right"> Text text .... </p>

To add content from the excel file you can export it to html file andthen set the following parameter:
winContent - Iframe(url)
data.html
and then enter the name of the html file with your excel data




Q: The submenus of the javascript menu buttons are reported behind the mediaplayer (IE 8)

A: Try to set the following parameter for your object:
windowlessvideo="true"

So, you'll have:
<embed width="800" height="470" src="video/spot-1.wmv" windowlessvideo="true">


Q: I'm trying to install the menu. (I'm developping a new site im Dreamweaver). It does not work. Please help me.


A: Сould you write what exact problems do you have with themenu?

Deluxe Menu wasn't developed as Dreamweaver/FrontpageBuilder extension,
BUT you can use it as standard Javascript files. To install the menuinto your html page:

1. open the page in Dreamweaver/Frontpage
2. open html source code of the page
3. add several rows of code (<script> tags), For info see: http://deluxe-menu.com/installation-info.html

That's all.

Q: A few of my users have reported issues with the menu like the one below. Where the drop down menu is just a white box with a little scroll bar in it. Can you please let me know how I might correct it or what is wrong? We are using version 2.4.


A: I've just checked your website. It works fine.

You can have such effect when the page entirely was not loaded yet. So, images were not loaded yet.

If you don't want to have such effect you can try not to use back images for the submenus.
