Q: Why don't any of the effects work in Firefox? I have built several different types of menus and they don't work the same in firefox as they do in IE. Is there a way to fix this? i.e. adding any html code or anything?


A: Yes, it is really so. Firefox supports only transparency of the menu.
Visual effects work in IE only. other browsers don't support them.

Q: How do I apply styles to submenu items that are different from the styles of top javascript drop down menu items? For instance, I want to know how to apply background images for the submenus, but not for the menu items. I also want borders around the submenu ITEMS, not just the entire submenu. Here is the link to my page with the menus. The menu I am referring to is the top right hand menu (black with grey).

A: Create Individual Item and Submenu styles and assign it to your submenu items.

Assign Individual Items style to all submenu items and Individual Submenu Style for the first item in each submenu.

Q: However when recreating the menus after deleting all trace of the trial version and loading on the licensed version I have developed problems.

When I create menus and test using expression web on explorer it works well but when published to web the dropdown menu appear but cannot be clicked on to be diverted to the relevant links. Also since loading the licensed version when using the test browser in expression web firefox a message appears as follows     “firefox dosen’t know how to open this address, because the protocol (c) isn’t associated with any program”.

Please advise I have loaded the licence in the correct way I’m sure.

Q: Will the Tabs Tuner allow you edit/specify the color schemes on the Glass style tabs?

A: No unfortunately you cannot change it's color.
This is the image basemenu.
So you should create new images with your own color and use them.
