Q: I want to emulate all browsers with the same transition. When mousing over a dhtml pulldown menu - the submenu should appear with no effect.
A: To turn off transitional effects you should set the following parameters:
var transition=-1;
var transOptions="";
var transDuration=0;
var transDuration2=0;
Q: I activated option "state saving" but I think there's a problem;
when I open the website and click on an item of the menu, the pressed item becomes red
(up to now it's ok), but if I have topress F5 on the keyboard or press on the refresh button
to refresh the web page, the pressed item loses its color red.
I'd like the pressed item in the dhtml expand menu to maintain its color after the refresh command.
How can I solve this problem?
A: Tree Menu doesn't save a presseditem as it saves a tree state.
It works within 1 page only and if youreload the page you should set a pressed item using Javascript API:

Q: Do you have any working examples of a menu generated using .php from a MySQL database?
Our website is dynamic from a MySQL db and we already have categories and sub-categories. It would be useful if we could use this with our deluxe menu.
I don't know how to set this up, so any assistance would be appreciated.
A: You may generate a menu from a database or XML using any server-side script, e.g., PHP, ASP, VB, etc.
However, these scripts don't work inside of Javascript .js files, so, you should move parameters of a menu from a .js file into an html-page, e.g.:

Q: Hello, Could you please help me with an alignnment issue with my website. If you go to mt website you will see the problem. I set the x alignment to=266 but the y alignment is left blank because I would like to keep the menu centered on the site.
A: If you want to center the menu paste itwithin the <div> or <table> with a static position and specify a center alignment for it, for example:

Please, set exact value for var menuWidth parameter, for example:
var menuWidth = "300px";
This can help to align your menu correctly in all browsers.
Try also to specify units in "px".
Set also:
