Q: We are using Deluxe Menu for our website. When developing a new menu with longer text we are facing an issue.

We are using <br> as the menu text is too long but the problem we are facing is the space between two line of web menu text.
Can you please let me know how we can reduce the space?
A: You can write your text in the following way:

Q: I was trying out the Vista samples and was able to change the sub-item font size but not the cascade menu javascript item(s) font size. Is this by design?
A: You should change font for the main items in the Individual Styles.

Q: I want to use single css drop down menu bar for each page without applying HTML Code for each page separatly.I mean to use CSS Menu as per our .JS Menu.
A: Unfortunately it is not possible with css menu.
On each page you should call css file with styles:
<link href="menu.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
and add code for the menu on each page in the place where you want to have a menu, forexample:

You can also try to use frames.
Also you can use aserver-side script (php, asp, vb, etc.) to generate html pages fromtemplates on your server.
Q: Is it possible to show a menu item in the simple navigation bar as selected by default to indicate what the current page is?
A: The menu has only two states normal and mouseover.
Try to do the following things:
- delete var pressedItem=1; parameter from your data file
- set correct parameter on each page before you call data file, forexample:

You can also set a pressed item using Javascript API:
function dm_ext_setPressedItem (menuInd, submenuInd, itemInd, recursion)
Sets a current pressed item.
menuInd - index of a menu on a page, >= 0.
submenuInd - index of a submenu, >= 0.
itemInd - index of an item, >=0.
recursion = true/false - highlight parent items.
But notice, to use dm_ext_setPressedItem() you should know ID of selected item and subitem.
You can't get this ID after you reload your page.
That is why you should write your own code on PHP.
