Q: Once more I have a small question about Deluxe Menu.
I have rewritten my homepage (still off-line) to use stylesheets instead of frames. But for some reason the drop down menu templates won't appear anymore.
Does DM need frames or can it also work without frames? I would suppose that it can also work on a page with no frames. But for some reason I can't seem to get it to work.
A: If you don't use frames there is no need to write your init functionin the following way:
dm_initFrame("lower", 0, 1, 1);
That is way you cannot see your menu.
Please, write:
dm_init();
Q: I have setup some tabs on a site that I am designing and for some reason when i click on a tab and it links to another page it automatically highlights the first tab in the row.
I have triedfiddling with it and have not been able to figure it out. Can someone point me in the right direction to have the correct tab selected in the css tab menu after i click it and goto the page.
A: Deluxe Tabs doesn't support API functions which can return theselected tab.
You can set "bselectedItem" and " var bselectedSmItem" parametersbased on your link before you call your data file.
For example, move " var bselectedItem" and " var bselectedSmItem" parametersfrom your data file to your code.

You should define seltabs and selsmtabs using server side script.
You can also set it on every page before you call data.js file, forexample:

Q: I am looking for a way to use "position:fixed; in order to keep mydropdown menu javascript at the top of the screen when scrolling down.
A: You should use floating feature to keep your menu at the top of thescreen when scrolling down.

Q: Is it possible via code customization to remove the border only for the top level of popup navigation
and subsequent menu levels with the border?

A: You can use Individual Item Style in that case.
You should create Individual Style, for example:
