  • Build right-click menus for your site. For this purpose you should appoint a peculiar method for the object you want. The current X,Y of the mouse pointer or your own ones can be used for the context menu.
  • Design menus absolutely based on CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). It is possible to apply the personal CSS styles for every elements of the menu.
  • When the submenu is bigger than the visible page area, the size of submenu will be automatically decreased. To view all the submenu items you do not need to use scrollbars or something like that - just put your mouse to the bottom of a submenu and it will be automagically scrolled! You can also define width and height for each submenu.

Q: Hi I recently bought a menu from you - which is great.
However, i have been told that search engines will find it hard to crawl through the menu and find the other parts of my site.

Is it possible for me to create my menu to make it easier for search engines to crawl through?


A: Deluxe Menu is a search engine friendly menu since v1.12.

To create a search engine friendly menu you should add additional html code within your html page:

...etc.

To generate such a code use Deluxe Tuner application.
You can find this GUI in the trial package.
Run Tuner, load your menu and click Tools/Generate SE-friendly Code (F3).


Q: Tree menu doesn't display properly in Firefox or IE7. Could you give me advice on how to correct this problem? The menu creates black 'blinds' horizontally across the page. Since IE7 will be rolling out soon I need to get this corrected sometime in the next couple weeks.


A: Try to specify units in "px".

It's necessary to specify exact value for Mozilla browsers. It helps to position menus correctly.


Q: Is it possible to change the mouseover font style to bold within the deluxe menu?


A: Unfortunately, Deluxe Menu can't change font weight.
If you want to do that you can paste your own <div> withinitem's text field and change a font yourselves.

Q: Tell us javascript code to select or highlight the tab and sub tab in javascript tabs navigation.

A: Deluxe Tabs doesn't support API functions which can return theselected tab.

You can set "bselectedItem" and "  var bselectedSmItem" parametersbased on your link before you call your data file.

For example, move "  var bselectedItem" and "  var bselectedSmItem" parametersfrom your data file to your code.
