Q: I have problem with Deluxe CSS Menu. The menus function well, I can see all of the text at each level.
But the buttons in the css drop-down menu have no graphic shape or back gound color and this is at all levels.
I went through your support page but I cannot find anything that mentions this condition.
Please help help me solve this issue.


A: Try to set in Deluxe tuner: Tools->Copy all files when saving.

Try to export your menu to html once again.


Q: Can your dhtml drop down menus work in conjunction with a scroll wheel?

A: You cannot scroll submenus using scroll wheel when you set

  var smSmartScroll=1;

To scroll your submenu you should move your mouse.

But you can use scroll wheel when you set

  var smSmartScroll=0;



Q: I cannot see the arrow.gif's in my rollover drop down menu.

Here is my code:

Do I need to put the arrow's somewhere else?

A: You should check the following parameter:

  var pathPrefix_img="data-samples/images/";

Please check that you have the correct path to your aroows relative to the folder withindex.html file.

For example, you have:
menudir/
menu.js
dmenu.js
arrow_main3.gif
...
index.html

In menu.js file you should write:
  var pathPrefix_img="menudir/";
  var arrowImageMain=["arrow_main3.gif","arrow_main3.gif"];
  var arrowImageSub=["arrow_sub5.gif","arrow_sub4.gif"];

or
  var pathPrefix_img="";
  var arrowImageMain=["menudir/arrow_main3.gif","menudir/arrow_main3.gif"];

Q: I would like to create my own jpeg images and use them as the mouseover-items in the top level drop down menus. I am not talking about the backround. I mean the actual upfront button.
I seem to be locked into the size which is the default and would like to change it to width = 180px and height = 45px for each item in the menu.
Is there any way to do that?


A: You should create Individual Style and assign it for all top items.
