Q: My site requires me to regularly update the menu by inserting a new menu item at the top of the list. Creating a sub-item automatically places it at the bottom and I haven't yet found a way to move java animated menu items to the top apart from manually editing the data.js file.

A: You should use new engine files v3.2.5 and add items using thefollowing function:

function dm_ext_addItemPos (menuInd, submenuInd, iParams, Pos)

Adds the new item to a submenu.
menuInd - index of a menu on a page, >= 0.
submenuInd - index of a submenu, >= 0. See more info about indexes here.
iParams = [array] - the array of item parameters. This parameter has the same structure as an item in menuItems array. You can assign parameters of another existent item of the menu (for example, when you want to create a duplicate of the existent item) or create new ones.

Structure of iParams:
[item_text, link, icon_normal, icon_over, tip, target, individual_style_index, jsFilename]
Pos - the position in the menu where you want to add new item.

Q: In deluxe tuner, on a horizontal dropdown menu, how I make sure long menu items can wrap into 2 lines? Losing my mind trying to figure this out.

For example...

Instead of.. International Music X Home Decoration X Books..... I want to to do:

International X Home X Books

Music Decoration

A: You should set the following parameter:

  var noWrap=0;

Or use standard <br> tags inside item's text:

["International Music X Home<br>Decoration X Books","", "", "", "", "", "0", "0", "", "", "", ],

Q: At my site the java script popup menu works fine with the frame on the home page but hides behind a new flash form I created. You can access this in "Marketing Tools" and click on "What's your Project". I noticed that it seems to work fine in IE but not in Firefox.

Q: I am putting your deluxe menu on our pages but if I do not put the menu on top, then it the sub menus appear on opposite direction (from bottom to top.) So instead of dropping down, they drop up.

We do not want this to happen. Can you please let me know how to resolve this issue?

Mouseover menu submenu drops up unless you scroll down or put the menu on top.

A: See if your submenu has a big height and there is no enough room under the menu to showthe whole submenu the submenu will be shown above the menu (if there is enough space toshow the whole submenu).

You can set exact height for the submenus, so they will go in the place under the menu.
