  • Build right-click menus for your site. For this purpose you should appoint a peculiar method for the object you want. The current X,Y of the mouse pointer or your own ones can be used for the context menu.
  • Design menus absolutely based on CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). It is possible to apply the personal CSS styles for every elements of the menu.
  • When the submenu is bigger than the visible page area, the size of submenu will be automatically decreased. To view all the submenu items you do not need to use scrollbars or something like that - just put your mouse to the bottom of a submenu and it will be automagically scrolled! Q: The dhtml floating menu does not align to the top of the column and it migrates as one scrolls up or down the page. I would like it to stay in one place.

A: 1) Add valign="top"> parameter for the TD tag with the menu:

2) Open your frenchdata.js file in any text editor (or Deluxe Tuner) and change:

Q: I want to set up dhtml tab on my page, and have HTML code inside the tab,
rather than have the tab be a link.
I'm having trouble figuring this out. Can you help?
In other words, when a user clicks on a tab, I want a table to display below
the tabs instead of it being a link.

You can create only one level of tabs and assign Object Id's of the
DIV's to show when you click on the tab.

You can use Object ID as well as Link in both modes. Use the following prefixes within item's link field:
"object:" - means that there is object id after it;
"link:" - means that there is a link after it.
"javascript:" - means that there is a javascript code after it, for example:javascript:alert(\'Hello!\')

Q: I bought today and followed the procedure to download and install the same. It seems, Calender option is not available in the downloaded javascript menu generator package. Do I have download anything separate for that? Would you please let me know as soon as possible.

A: We haven't added Calendar in Deluxe Tuner.You can find it in the installed package:

C:\Program Files\Deluxe Menus\сalendar\



Q: I need a menu system where on the click of certain items, server side code on the page can be called and executed. Can that be done using deluxe menu?

A: You can use your own Javascript code instead standard links. For example:
