Q: I was wondering if there is a way to disable links on a page for the script menu.I am creating a site where, in a certain mode, the page is in preview and Idon't want the links to work.

A: To disable your menu items you should set the following parameter to disable all items:

  var itemTarget="_";

Or you can disable items individually.

Q: I find your tools very interesting, yet I've serched but found no answer... is there a version of your program for mac?
I don't trsut windows at all, so i don't have ever think about using bootcamp to load windows on my mac, so i repeat my question, is there or will be a version of deluxe menu to work on mac systems?

Q: Can I add the value of the parameter to the link where I want my application to go when I active a submenu in the menu script?

A: Actually you can add php code inside menu links.

If you define your parameter in .js file you should write yourlinks in the following way, for example:

If you define your key parameter in the php file you should move your
menuItems into your php page directly:

Q: I have a popup that in one of the submenus has an input field.
There is a problem – if the user clicks into the entry field,
but moves the mouse outside the php dhtml menu,
the menu can close while the user is still typing.
Is there any way to prevent that from happening?


A: You can make submenus to stay visible till you click outside the menu or scroll your page.
