Q: Suppose if I get the single user license, then I see I wont be able to see the javascript code. If I have to handle events like clicking a tab or hover over a tab, how do I do it for the tab menu javascript?
A: Actually there is no need to change our source code to handle these events.
Actually you can use your own Javascript code instead standard links and html code inside item text. For example:
var bmenuItems = [
["text", "javascript:your_code_here"]
];
or
var bmenuitems = [
["<div onClick='urlSubstitution(\'transco/sheet.asp?stype=1\')'>Table of Contents</div>", ""]
];
Q: Is there a way to programmatical select an item in the scrolling menu without the user actual click on the item?
A: You can set a pressed item using Javascript API:
function dm_ext_setPressedItem (menuInd, submenuInd, itemInd, recursion)
Sets a current pressed item.
menuInd - index of a menu on a page, >= 0.
submenuInd - index of a submenu, >= 0.
itemInd - index of an item, >=0.
recursion = true/false - highlight parent items.
But notice, to use dm_ext_setPressedItem() you should know ID of selected item and subitem.
You can't get this ID after you reload your page. That is why you should write your own code on PHP.
Q: I'm about to create a transparent menu as you can see on the attached photo. I can't find any samples on how to place the cascading navigation bar on an image with 100% opacity. Is it possible...?
A: To create a transparent menu you should set transparent value for the following parameters:
var menuBackColor="transparent";
var itemBackColor=["transparent","transparent"];
Q: When using the Deluxe-Tabs, the second tab seems to be the first selected tab when displaying tabs in a page. Is there a way to set the default tab showing on a page load?
A: You should use the following parameter:
var bselectedItem = 3;
Where 3 is the number of your menu item from the var bmenuItemsparameter.

The ID of the item starts with 0.
