A: You can edit Individual Styles on MAC too.
You should click "Individual styles..." button and edit your style inthe appeared window.
Than you should assign individual style for the item.
Q: How do I create more space between the menu items?
I have tried adding to the Item Appearance, itemSpacing and itemPadding.
A: You can paste the separator.

You can create separators using menuItems, for example:

You can also set multiple values, for example:

(top, right, bottom, left)
Q: How can I place the dhtml pull down menu onto multiple pages using FrontPage 2000? I am not using CSS. Do I need to copy the html into all of the pages, or just place the script into each page?
A: Yes, you should paste the following html code on your pages:

If you don't want to add such code on each page, you can try to useframes, the dhtml pull down menu has a cross-frame mode. Also you can use aserver-side script (php, asp, vb, etc.) to generate html pages fromtemplates on your server.
Q: If I open a pdf file within the frame work, the javascript onmouseover menu does not work.
A: Try to load your .pdf file into the IFRAME, for example on yourcontent frame (frame where you load your pdf files) you'll have:
<iframe src="files/1.pdf" name="iframe" style="z-index:0;" width="100%" height="100%"></iframe>
Submenus will overlap PDF correctly if you load it in the IFRAME only!
