  • Create contextual menus for your pages. For this purpose you should assign a special function for the object you want. The current coordinates of the mouse pointer or your own ones can be used for the contextual menu.
  • When the submenu is larger than the visible area of the page the submenu will be automatically decreased. To see all the submenu items you do not need to use scrollbars or something like that - just put your mouse to the bottom of a submenu and it will be automatically scrolled! You can also specify height and width for each separate submenu.

Q: Is it correct that in vertical collapse menu you can specify your target as a different frame?


A: Yes, you can specify frame name as the target in Deluxe Tree:

  var titemTarget="frame";

Q: Another glitch is that the first item on the sidemenu stays dark blue -
even when the mouse is off of it.

A: In your code now you have:
  var pressedItem=0;
Please, set this parameter in the data.js file:
  var pressedItem=-2;

FireFox - when hovering over the Product Info or Samples buttons, the Deluxe Menu flash element disappears behind the drop-down menu.

I notice this pages states: "If for some reasons a submenu can't drop down over an object the latter will be hidden for a time when the submenu is shown.".


A: Unfortunately, it is really so.
Now there is no work around for this.
We'll try to fix this bug in the future version of Deluxe Menu.
