Q: Is it possible for dhtml vertical tabs to have a link on page that links to
second page by passes the default setting then selects and displays
the information in the tab you need?


A: You can use the following function to open specific tab:
dtabs_itemClick(menuInd,itemInd);
where
menuInd - index of a tab menu on a page, >= 0.
itemInd - index of a item, >=0.

For example:

Q: I had create a website navigation bar ,in that I need to give separator. But its not working.

A: To add a separator you should

You can create separators using menuItems (you can do it in DeluxeTuner, use "Add separator" button), for example:

Q: If you use firefox this displays fine, in IE it seems to add cell padding around the bottom & right edge of the dhtml image menu. Cant see it in the code anywhere.

A: Set the following parameter:

  var shadowTop=0;



Q: How can I have the sub tab option that initiated the action highlighted once the new page is reloaded?  I want to highlight the tab which is done with 'bselectedItem', please tell me about the sub-tab option.

A: See you cannot create subitems in
  var tabMode=0;
it is not correct.

You should set
  var tabMode=1;

The following parameters set the pressed items for top items andsubitems:

  var bselectedItem=0; //top items
  var bselectedSmItem=2; //subitems

where 0,1,2... is the index of the item in bmenuItems.

- delete   var bselectedItem=1; and   var bselectedSmItem=2; parameters from your data file
- set correct parameters on each page before you call data file, forexample:
