  • Build right-click menus for your site. For this purpose you should appoint a peculiar method for the object you want. The current X,Y of the mouse pointer or your own ones can be used for the context menu.
  • Design menus absolutely based on CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). It is possible to apply the personal CSS styles for every elements of the menu.
  • When the submenu is bigger than the visible page area, the size of submenu will be automatically decreased. Q: The first is that for some reason my item separator image will not show. I have tried everything.. and no matter what I do the image will not show. I designed a graphic that is 2 pixels high and is the width of the total menu. The first problem is that the graphic wont show at all.. and I do not know why. Secondly, I am now thinking that I would like to use the separator graphic on all levels of the menu.. but this creates a another issue.. as the width of the submenus varies based on the length of the text displayed. How then can I have a separator image work in the submenus?


A: Try to write you Item Styles so:

You didn't paste separator into your menuItems.

Q: I like to keep the menu open as long 15 secs nothing happend or the user clicked outside of the menu.

How to do?

I have my Menu totaly outside of the Content and would like that it stays as the user choose, till he like to close or long time dispear. (smHidePause.. works ok, but when it is too long, he can not close manualy..)

What to do?


A: Unfortunately, Deluxe Menu doesn't have such a feature.

Q: I just purchased your Deluxe Menu maker. Wonderful tool!  

I have made a menu, uploaded it to my HTML folder at Typepad in the correct place and tried several OTHER places too.  

I have inserted the js snips into the head and body in all permutations of combinations.  

I checked it each time by both opening my site and viewing source.  

The menu is there. But it cannot be seen on the page. Never has been seen. Not even a hint of it being there.  

I tried .js .file   AND .js    AND CSS.  

No menu.  

I checked on four browsers.  

No menu.  

I verified the files are in my index place by copying them to notebook.  

I have done all of the above about 20 times EACH.

It is not correct. You should call dmenu.js file only once.

Please, delete the second code.

There is now engine .js files

and data file on your server.



Q: Is this something I can adjust ...or make submenus were you can't see through them?
