Q: We use your deluxe menu app. We are trying to configure menu windows to a certain width. But when we configure it to a certain number of characters, the app cuts words. Is there any way to configure it, so that doesn't happens and puts that word in the lower line in the menu en javascript item?
A: Try to use the following parameter:
var noWrap=0;
You can also use standard <br> tags within menu en javascript item's text.

Q: I'm looking at purchasing your product but have one small problem. I'm using the expandable menu and would like to have the menu save the state when reloading or refreshing the browser.
Can this be done with the expandable menu? If so, what is the syntax?
A: I advise you to use Deluxe Tree, http://deluxe-tree.com/. This is a newer version of Dhtml TreeMenu.
You should use the following parameter:

Q: Now I experiences a problem with the Danish letters in my java menu scripts! I have changed the letters in the scriptfile - but this does not work Have we a problem with Danish letters like: ø, å, æ?
A: Please, check that you've set "Tools/Use utf8 encode".
Notice that you should have UTF8 charset on your page too:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html" charset="UTF-8">
You can also use another charset on your html page and open your data file in text editor, enter thissymbols and save data file in the way you save your html page.
Notice that you should turn off "Tools/Use utf8 encode" setting inorder to open your data file correctly in Deluxe Tuner.
Q: I have small problems with your javascript menu system.
#1. I am creating a multi-level menu, am I limited to a gird format or can every item have a variable column width?
#2. With submenus, I want to have the submenu be the same width as the parent cell, is there a simple command for this, or do I have to guess the column widths until it fits correctly?
#3. In those same submenus, I have items that are longer than the parent, is there a word wrap or a way to define a break, rather than having the scroll feature?
A: 1) You should use Individual Item Styles.
