  • Create contextual menus for your pages. For this purpose you should assign a special function for the object you want. The current coordinates of the mouse pointer or your own ones can be used for the contextual menu.
  • When the submenu is larger than the visible area of the page the submenu will be automatically decreased. Q: I just purchased the Deluxe PopUp Window application in order to implement some pop up window on my web site the way I need them to work.

Infact, after taking a look at your application it doesn't seem (maybe I'm wrong) it can be used the way I need to.

To cut a long story short: I need the PopUP window onclick to show images and not texts pening up them by clicking on a text-link.

Images are many so, if I not wrong I must create lots of windows each one for each single image.

So, my questions are:

1) Can I use you pop up to show images only?

2) Can I activate them by clicking on the related links.

Generally, in order to do so, I have a single js script that activate the window onclick. To load a Popup window I need to click on a link by opening an HTML page containing the image.

To let it all work I need a <script> function in the <head> </head> tags and an onclick command calling the PopUp script activated when I click on the related link.

So, does your script work the same way. Can you confirm me that I can use your application just the same way as I have always done with a simple .js script + an .htm page containing an image?

Q: How do I control the individual tab width for afloat tabs?


A:   var bmenuWidth="100%";

I have 5 items in my example, so I've created Individual Style

And assign it for all items:

But notice that items width cannot be smaller than the width of its'text.
So it is possible that you'll have different size of some itemsif your window have a small size.

Q: Doesn't this mean that I have to add this search engine code to all of my sites pages?  If so this could be tedious when adding additional pages to a large site.Is this something I can adjust ...or make submenus were you can't see through them?


A: Unfortunately it is really so. You should paste search engine code onthe each page with the menu.

If you don't want to create your menu (and add search engine friendlycode) on each page, you can try to use frames, the menu has a cross-frame mode. Also you can use aserver-side script (php, asp, vb, etc.) to generate html pages fromtemplates on your server.


Q: How do I connect a link (i.e. document) to one of the javascript text menu items.

A: You should add links in the "Link" field of the Item Parameters Window.
