Q: What I would like is a link inside the popup window that closes the mouseover popup window. I tried moving the "close" link from the main page into the popup window html but I get a Javascript error when I click on that link.

A: See, if you load a different page in your popup window (iframe) suchlink won't work in it.

If you add the content of the mouseover popup window in DIV (so, it will be thesame page) such link will work.

Q: I purchased your product yesterday and was quite impressed, but I am having a bit of aproblem with my submenuitems. In the general menu properties there is a "Global" vartitemHeight = 22; My problem is that I would like my upper level of my dhtml tree to have one itemheight and my submenuitems to have a smaller height.Is this possible?


A: In the XP Style
  var tXPStyle=1;
the item's height for the top items and submenus will be different.

If you want to use
  var tXPStyle=0;

you can set ite's height for the submenus:
  var titemHeight=16;

And for other items use the blank icon with the height you want to have for the upper
level of your menu items.


Q: I can not figure out how to fix the menu from going off the page inMozilla by using html code. I don't know where to put the code. I would likeit to be flush right.


A: Try to set exact width for the menu width and menu height, try to specify unitsin "px":
  var menuWidth="500px";
It's necessary to specify exact value for Mozilla browsers. It helpsto position menus correctly.
  var menuHeight="20px";
You should also check your padding parameter, you should write it so:
  var itemPadding="1px 1px 1px 12px";


Q: Can data be loaded dynamically in the free drop down menu? For example, can you load the child of a node once the node is clicked on.

You may generate a menu from a database or XML using any server-side script, e.g., PHP, ASP, VB, etc.However, these scripts don't work inside of Javascript .js files, so, you should move parameters of a menu from a .js file into an html-page, e.g.:
