  • Submenus drop down over all the objects of the page (select, flash, object, embed, applet). If for some reasons a submenu can't drop down over an object, the latter will be hidden for a time when the submenu is shown.

Q: I cannot find the parameter in deluxe tabs file "data.js" for umlaute a, u. I want it to set manually.

A: You can save your data file in UTF-8 in Windows version of DeluxeTuner v3.2.9.

You should turn on "Tools/Use utf8 encode" property.In that case your data file will be saved in UTF-8 encode.

Enter these symbols and save your data file.

If you don't want to use UTF-8 encode on your page you should turn off"Tools/Use utf8 encode" property, save your data file and manuallychange your letters in any text editor.

You can also replace your letters with special sets, for example

Q: We currently check the functionalitys of deluxe-menu for a new project.
Currently we need a popup menu that shows some menu entrys with submenus.
If the user select the submenu in the dhtml horizontal menu, we want to show a div container witha google map in the menu!
Is this possible with deluxe-menu?

A: You are able to paste any html code within items.

For example:

Q: Can I use data from a SQL server using ASP for drop down menu code?

A: You may generate a menu from a database or XML using any server-side script, e.g., PHP, ASP, VB, etc.
However, these scripts don't work inside of Javascript .js files,
so, you should move parameters of a menu from a .js file into an html-page, e.g.:

Q: I would like first to thank you for your products.
I downloaded the trial script and it's ok except for Hebrew or Right To Left languages.

Do you have a solution for this issue ??

A: You can use right-to-left languages the same way as in standard htmlcode.
Set "dir=rtl" for <html> tag.
Try that.
