Q: Could you please advise how to stop cascading html menus going under a swf in Firefox?
A: To overlap your flash file you should add opaque parametersto your flash, for example:

Is there a way to make the menu position absolute in respect to the icon? I have tried playing with the menu item parameters that seemed related with no success.
A: See dm_popup() function parameters:
return dm_popup(menuInd, pause, event, x, y)
menuInd - index of the menu on a page, >= 0.
pause - determines the time when the html popup menu will be hidden.
event - constant. Do not change.
x, y - optional. Set these parameters if you want the menu to appear in the specified place.
In other case the menu will be shown in the mouse position.Q: I have published on a test page you can see herebelow a test with the javascript pull down menu.
With IE, it works fine, the menu is displayed over the flash animation.
With Firefox, the flash animation disappears and comes back if I mouve the mouse out of the menu.
I have read the FAQs, but I can not see any document on this. Can you help me in understanding and solving the problem ?
