A: You used Individual Item Styles for the main items, but there was noindividual style in your parameters.

Q: Whenver I choose the enable Ajax feature and set the AjaxCount to 0, my menus don't pop out anymore. How do I get it to pop out?


A: That variable set the maximal number of submenus that will be loadedfrom server on your page.

If you don't know exact number of submenus you can set a big value forthis parameter.

If you set   var dmAJAXCount=0; you cannot see you submenus.

To enable Ajax feature you should set, for example:
  var dmAJAX=1;
  var dmAJAXCount=100;


Q: Utilizing the drop down web menu under Internet Explorer 7, it gives me a popup of “To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restrictedthis webpage from running scripts or ActiveX controls that could access your computer. Click here for optons….

  Is there a way to bypass this popup and IE recognize it as a valid script?


A: Please, see security preferences: IE/Tool/Internet OptionsMake sure that Active content is enabled.

You should check your Security Settings.

There is no way to enable these settings automatically.


Q: I am using your javascript menu over. I have had a report today that the menu is problematic with IE8. As follows:

"A bit more of a concern is in IE8 where the menu does not function correctly in general at all. When you hover over the menu text the sub menu appears, but when you move your mouse across to select an item off the sub menu it closes. "

Are you able to confirm and rectify his problem?

A: Yes, our menu has some problems with IE8, because IE8 is a betaversion and has just a part of future functionality, for exampleit still doesn't have filters.

We're planning to add the full support for IE8as well as for all major browsers.
All issues will be fixed with final version of IE8.
