A: You should generate search engine friendly code and install it on yourpage. Deluxe Menu is a search engine friendly menu since v1.12.To create a search engine friendly menu you should add additional html code within your html page:

A: You can do it in two ways:
1) Call different data files with DIFFERENT winID:"window1"!

2) Call only one data file and use deluxePopupWindow.open() function to open your windows:

A: You should specify any Object ID name of the DIV.

See, for each item you should assign the ID property of the contentDIV (see data file with your javascripts menu parameters).

A: Unfortunately we don't have working example.

You may generate a menu from a database or XML using any server-side script, e.g., PHP, ASP, VB, etc.However, these scripts don't work inside of Javascript .js files, so,you should move parameters of a menu from a .js file into an html-page, e.g.:
