Q: We just bought your product suite including deluxe tabs control. For some reason that the tabs onload is not working in IE 7 only. It works in IE 6 and FF, Chrome and Safari. Attached is the sample page which will show the problem. I also attached our receipt of order for your reference.

A: To enable AJAX Tree Menu use the following menu parameters:

  var tajax=1; // enables AJAX technology support

Each .js file must contain menuItems variable for the submenu in the following format:

  var tmenuItems = [
[text, link, icon1, icon2, icon2, tip, target, itemStyle, submenuStyle, jsFileName],
];

Where jsFileName - .js filename on the server that contains tmenuItems variable for the submenu.

Q: When using javascript tabbed menu, where do I place the text content related to the selected tab, (the text presented on the rest of the screen under the tab)? And who do I connect a specfic text to a certain tab?

A: See, for each item you should assign the ID property of the contentDIV (see data file with your menu parameters). You should set  var tabMode=0;

Q: If you look at my page in IE 7, the position of the submenus is too far over to the left from drop down menu. It is fine in Firefox.
