A: You should specify any Object ID name of the DIV.

See, for each item you should assign the ID property of the content
DIV (see data file with your menu parameters).

Q: If you look at my page in IE 7, the position of the submenus is too far over to the left from drop down menu. It is fine in Firefox.
Do you have any suggestions on this??


A: Try to set exact width for the menu:

Q: After creating a menu using Deluxe Tuner, the exported menu.htm file, when viewed in IE, creates the “To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this webpage from running scripts or ActiveX controls that could access your computer. Click here for options…”

What do I do to prevent the menu from causing this error message?


A: You should adjust your browser settings.

Tools/Internet Options/Advanced Options/

and set
"Allow active content from files to run on My Computer".

There is no way to enable these preferences automatically, in othercase there are no reasons to create security preferences.


Q: Do you by chance have the dhtml menu samples working with XML?

A: Unfortunately we don't have working example.

You may generate a menu from a database or XML using any server-side script, e.g., PHP, ASP, VB, etc.However, these scripts don't work inside of Javascript .js files, so,you should move parameters of a menu from a .js file into an html-page, e.g.:
