Q: There is a default gap between two collapsible javascript menu buttons. Suppose the two menu are "Company profile" and "Service", there is a default gap between those tow , it is not taking the specified space( for example I am putting 2px gap but it is taking a default gap) Please suggest me the solution for the same.

A: You should use new parameter in the data file:

  var tXPMenuSpace=0;



Q: A few of my users have reported issues with the menu like the one below. Where the drop down menu is just a white box with a little scroll bar in it. Can you please let me know how I might correct it or what is wrong? We are using version 2.4.


A: I've just checked your website. It works fine.

You can have such effect when the page entirely was not loaded yet. So, images were not loaded yet.

If you don't want to have such effect you can try not to use back images for the submenus.


Q: I bought the software and am very pleased with how it works. I still have one question. When I go to the "Transitional Effects Info" page to get the parameters for the different effects, clicking in the slider menu on the desired effect does not give me any new information on the parameters. Itstays stuck on "  var transition=0". Is there another place I can go to view the various parameters for the different effects?

Q: I have a problem. How can we get the value of a parameter passed by the menu, when a menu item is clicked? For example I want to get the URL or file name to be open by the menu item when it is clicked.
I am talking about TREE menu.


A: If you want to open url or a file when you click on items of the tree menu you can write, for example:
