A: To disable your menu items you should set the following parameter to disable all items:

  var itemTarget="_";

Or you can disable items individually.

Q: I have a top horizontal menu with one level sub-menus.

I am using images for the rollover (on & off). I don’t need the generated text on the main menu, only on the submenus.

??? How do I eliminate the text and only have roll-overs?

A: You should delete item's text:

Q: My top levels over the menu have no link and as such I need the cursor not to change when hovering over it – only change over the menus that drop down.

Please let me know how to fix this


A: Unfortunately, you can't change cursor type for different items.
But you can write so:

In all items with links you should use < a> tag.

Set this parameter:
  var itemCursor="default";


Q: I am in the process of evaluating the deluxe-menu product V3.2.7.16 and have created a simple HTML using the deluxe-menu Vista Style #6. This works great and displays with the animation in IE and also using FireFox V2 with IE tabs.. However, in basic FireFox and Safari, the javascript menus display but without the swirling animation. Pls advise !!

A: Filters and transitional effects are features of Internet Explorer5.5+ only.
