Q: It's me again, I got the buttons to show... Now, looking to get the floating feature to work in the java script menu.
A: To enable floating feature you should set the following parameter:
var floatable=1;
Check also that you have dmenu_add.js file in the same folder withdmenu.js file.
Q: We are showing the "incorrect copyright" on our menu for some reason and I need you to look at the code. It's been this way for about a month. My company is going to make me stop using your menu if I can't get the issue corrected so please help me determine why we are suddenly having this problem.
The notice shows up on IE 6, but not IE 7.
A: "Incorrect Copyright" means that the script can't find required copyright parameters.
To avoid this, please, change:

Q: Just wondering if it's possible to have the sub menu of my collapsible dhtml menu that appear when the "+" is clicked stay open when another page loads. I tried downloading the trial version & can't get that to happen.
Click on "web development" and then "web design portfolio" - when the new page loads the menu closes. Is it possible to have it remember which sub menus were showing when the new page loads?
A: Deluxe Tree has save state feature. You should set the followingparameter:

Q: Hello, I have used your menus on a few different websites I have built and have never had a problem like this one. I will be purchasing a license if i can get this to function correctly. For some reason my php javascript menu icons are overlapping or repeating and appearing in a wrong place, but only in IE. In firefox it looks fine....and in safari, just not in IE. here is the temp link to the page. http://www.domain.com/indextest3.htm

Check the following parameter also, you've set it incorrectly:
var itemPadding="1px 5px 2px 10px1";
You should write, for example:
var itemPadding="3px";
